Just a suggestion if upgrading:
Backup /Users/yourusername/Library/Application Support/Swinsian/Library.sqlite before installing 1.11.0 . You can copy the file back after and everything should be back as it were, if you've run into any problems.
If Swinsian won't remember any files you add to it!
I think it's the Shark's installer (which is required to install correctly) that maybe makes the wrong permissions on the Swinsian folder (and the Library.sqlite file that it contains)
Here's a one time command that will fix it: (requires Admin password)
Run the command after installing Swinsian
sudo chown -vR $(whoami) ~/Library/Application Support/Swinsian
The Library will remember all the files you add to it from now on
