Readiris Pro 17.0.1
A powerful and accurate optical character recognition software that offers you the possibility to export data to editable text file formats
Readiris Pro is designed to improve your workflow and productivity by providing access to text content that is not editable right out of the box. The app is able to work with both scanned documents and digital files that are not usually modifiable.
Readiris Pro comes with support for over 130 different languages, can deal with photos taken with a camera thanks to the 3D correction capabilities and is able to recognize tables. The latter is extremely useful if you need to recreate spreadsheets.
In addition, the Drop2Read feature enables you to quickly process your documents via simple drag and drop actions.
The Readiris Pro version is intended for personal use, while the Readiris Corporate edition is more suitable for your business: includes batch processing capabilities, can watch certain folders, provides support for more cloud connectors and more. You can view all the differences between the two editions HERE.
Readiris Pro users are able to connect the application to popular cloud storage services, such as Dropbox, Evernote, Skydrive, Box or Google Drive. As a result, you will have access to your documents from virtually anywhere in the world. Moreover, the app is using a compression algorithm to reduce the documents size.
Furthermore, Readiris Pro is able to automatically send the processed documents to a certain application. From the app’s main window you can easily select the source language but also the output file format: PDF, DOCX, OOT, RTF, HTML, XLSX, TXT or TIFF.
Readiris Pro comes with a fairly intuitive interface and workflow that will make the entire experience quite straightforward and allows you keep all your documents in digital, editable and searchable formats, without too much hustle.
