A massive multiplayer online game (MMOG) set in a science-fiction based, persistent world where you can explore over 7000 solar systems
EVE Online is a space-themed massive multi-player online role-playing game (MMORPG) set in the vast EVE universe. Players can explore a ton of intergalactic locations, fight space wars, become rich from trading smart and create powerful avatars.
Try before you buy
The game can be tried out for free over a period of 14 days; to continue playing, you have to pay for a subscription fee. Moreover, EVE Online obviously needs an Internet connection for accessing its server. The great thing is that there is only one big server where all players across all continents can interact with each other.
Furthermore, EVE Online is not based on a single storyline, giving you complete freedom in doing the quests you like, the activities you yearn and raising your character the way you want. Character development is time-based as well as grind-free. Also, you can join corporations (guilds) and build reputation.
Integrate through corporations
By allying with a group of people, you can rally together and fight the cybernetic threats of the Eve world. Another important aspect of the game is the ability to choose a ship and customize it using tons of models, attach different subsystems, modular equipment or rigs.
In total, you can travel through over 7500 systems via shifting wormholes and stargate networks and settle onto the mysterious regions of the rebellious marginal zones. With enough financial skills, you can even make a profit out of manufacturing and selling numerous items through the marketplace.
A multi-faceted virtual universe
Taking everything into consideration, EVE Online is a well-rounded MMO game that invites you into an immersive sci-fi universe of unlimited possibilities. The social interactions, star system explorations and complex skill-building system are just some of the highlights of this enduring game.
