File Size : 105.43 MB
Requirements : Adobe CS6+

Retro Paint-Act is a powerful action for photoshop, with it you can give an appearance like from the fifties to their images. At that time, the process was taking a picture for an artist then do a painting, this technique was widely used in the advertising for magazines and movie posters.
In this kit there are 2 sets of actions, the first is fully automated, which you only need to click and go. The second group contains the same actions but you can control them "levels" and "shadows and highlights", this allows a more optimal result according to the original image.
Additionally, you will find a PSD file that contains 10 textures of old papers, 1 set of 20 Vintage Ink Brushes, a list of links to free download 12 beautiful fonts from the 50's and a simple demonstration video to help you personalize your effect.
Remember, this action only works in Photoshop CS6, CC, and now in CC2014.

• The Initial actions have been modified to allow customization grain effect (Allows the grain is dark enough to not overexpose the image).
• Joined the end of each action the ability to adjust the color balance, if necessary.
• The action "Retro Effect Paint-Act for CC2014" was incorporated.
• Paint texture was improved in the final result.
• The customizable actions named "Custom" were updated with several messages before applying the effect where the user needs to adjust values.

Note: I want to thank Josué Menjivar to contribute a little trick to improve support of this action for Photoshop CC2014. His advice I've put into practice along with other options and tools that allowed me to reach a result almost identical to the version that requires the Oil Paint Plugin.
