Working with the hr menu bar app is highly intuitive: simply launch the app, create a new project, and then add a new task to the list. The best part is that you can include your own notes detailing what you have to accomplish, and even assign a priority level (low, medium, high, or none).

Once defined, every time you begin working on a specific task, simply start the timer attached by default to each entry, and hr will take care of the rest. Note that a timer can handle multiple sessions, and that you can also visualize the total time spent on each assignment.

For your convenience, hr offers you the possibility to apply multiple sorting criteria for your tasks: name, priority, or updated status. Moreover, you can also arrange them manually, via intuitive drag and drop actions.

Further customization options include the possibility to disable the blinking menu bar icon, to choose to see the timer in the menu bar, or to automatically pause the timer when the computer is idle for a specific time period.

Since hr allows you to change the location of the app’s database, you can place it in your cloud service directory and have it synced to all your devices.
