There have been a couple of reviews mentioning bugs. I can't recreate these myself, so if you do have any issues, please contact me and I'll sort it out. You can email me directly through the app (Just click on the help menu) or through my website.
You do need to save the wallpaper before applying it. This creates the actual images for each screen and saves them on your drive. Once they are saved, MMW can tell mac os to actually use them for the wallpapers. You also normally need to save the wallpaper on a normal drive rather than a network drive. Network drives are typically not available to the operating system while it's starting up and setting the wallpaper.
